Thank you for shopping with SweetPeach! We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept a return (product dependent) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns Guidelines:

  • Returns are for physical goods only
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Return postage is the customers responsibility
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused
  • The request for a return/refund must be accepted

Upon returning the good you will be eligible for a refund of the full amount. Note than any sale purchases will be returned at the sale price, even if the item is no longer on sale.

To be eligible for a refund one of the below must be true:

  • The unwanted good/garment is faulty
  • The unwanted good/garment is of the incorrect size (with proof/photos required to support the wrong sizing)
  • The unwanted good/garment is unused and in its original packaging

If you wish to start a return please get in touch, supplying your evidence or reasoning for the request, as well as order number and item details. You will then be contacted with all details, and your payment account information will be requested for the refund to be paid to.

Please note it may take a few days for the refund to be processed after you ship back your package. Do keep the proof of postage receipt until you have received your refund, in case we need to see this. Refunds will not be processed until goods are safely back and received.

If you would rather have an exchange, you can request this and exchange a like for like product i.e. swapping garment size.

Unfortunately goods are unable to be accepted back if a refund or return is requested for any of the below:

  • Late delivery
  • Changed your mind on the product
  • Opened or used products
  • Personalised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care goods

If you are unable to return your item to us on time (within the 30 days), contact must be made within your 30 days period to inform us of the late return. Please note, any items returned to outside of the 30 days without prior agreement may be returned to you at an additional cost.
